When I began Fluid Intelligence, my mission centered on overcoming the barrage of challenges that my clients faced as they trekked through growth stages. I wanted to create a fresh new company built on providing revolutionary solutions to the world Talent Acquisition, by building strategies outside of the cumbersome and overprice archaic solutions of today.  

As a seasoned recruiting consultant, I’ve faced all of the traditional struggles one faces when attempting to leverage external recruiting resources.
